Rethink Mental Illness Wiltshire Supported Housing

Supported housing for adults with mental illness. Aims to support carers, relatives, sufferers, give information and advice.

Service details

Sydney House is a low to medium supported housing scheme for adults with mental health issues. Service users receive up to 12 hours of support a week from MHRW’s with the view to moving independently into the community. Furthermore, they work towards goals during their two-year licence agreement in order to support their move on. Between six and twelve weeks of outreach support at two hours a week is offered where needed when they leave.
