MyPAd lets you write a social prescription for patients, customers or family members in Wiltshire. The groups, services, and information pages in the site can be saved to build your network of support in your community. Save links to information you have found on YourCareYourSupportWiltshire. Add your own notes and update them whenever you wish. If you are logged onto your account in MyLife, MyPad will save your links and notes until you delete them. If you are not logged on, the links and notes are saved until you close down YourCareYourSupportWiltshire.  

Service summary

Day Care Centre providing company, stimulation and activities for people with memory loss/dementia, offering valuable respite and support for carers. Day Centre - open 5 days per week and on the last Saturday of every month- transport provided to those living in Bath. Dementia Cafe on the 1st Saturday of every month 10.30 – midday (no booking required). Home Support Service also available, we can provide a sitter to stay with the client to enable the client to go out/have a break.. Clients are mainly older people over the age of 65. Volunteers welcome. Registered charity number 1058294

Transported provided to those living in Central Bath.  People living in all surrounding areas and Local Authorities welcome (please note private transport would be required).

Opening times

Day Centre open Monday - Friday approx 10.00-15.30

Singing for the Brain is weekly from 10am
Dementia Cafe is on the first Saturday of the month from 10:30 until 12 noon.
