MyPAd lets you write a social prescription for patients, customers or family members in Wiltshire. The groups, services, and information pages in the site can be saved to build your network of support in your community. Save links to information you have found on YourCareYourSupportWiltshire. Add your own notes and update them whenever you wish. If you are logged onto your account in MyLife, MyPad will save your links and notes until you delete them. If you are not logged on, the links and notes are saved until you close down YourCareYourSupportWiltshire.

Reading Well Books on Prescription helps people to understand and manage their health and wellbeing using self-help reading. 

The scheme is endorsed by health professionals and supported by public libraries. 

The scheme lists books for people with dementia and their carers about memory loss conditions and living well with dementia. There are also book lists for people with common mental health conditions, and book lists for people with long term Conditions.
