Chair Based Exercise
Chair based exercise has been shown to improve strength and balance, especially aiding the muscles used in everyday activities, such as washing, brushing your hair, dressing and jobs around the house.
Chair based exercise sessions are run in the community so you can exercise with the motivation of a group but from the comfort of a chair.
Exercises are specially devised for those who have been inactive for a long time
